The Housing Finance Corporation provides management services, loans administration and company secretarial services to a number of entities through its subsidiary, T.H.F.C. (Services) Limited (THFCS).

Since October 1999, THFCS has provided loans administration services to Haven Funding PLC and Haven Funding (32) PLC, and since March 2001 it has provided management services to the Sunderland Housing Group, administering Sunderland (SHG) Finance PLC and its parent company. In August 2003, THFCS was appointed loans administrator to Harbour Funding PLC. In addition, THFCS provides all management and administrative services to UK Rents (no.1 ) PLC and monitors the performance of the RSLs in meeting their obligations under the terms of the various agreements.
